Gertrude Jane Page Heckman
I have an old studio photograph of Miss Gertrude J. PAGE of Buffalo, NY which was taken at the A. K. Palmer & Son Studio in Buffalo. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880’s or 1890’s with Gertrude appearing to be in her teens at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Gertrude and her family:

Gertrude Jane PAGE was b. Feb 1877 in Buffalo, NY to parents Elmer L. PAGE (1855-1937) and Josephine MERRITT (1852-1933). Gertrude had one sibling, a sister Clara B. PAGE (1879-1894). Gertrude married Charles Irving HECKMAN (1869-1946) in 1896 and they had a son, Charles Irving HECKMAN Jr. (1911-1986). Gertrude died 16 Aug 1940 in Buffalo, NY and she is buried in the Elmlawn Cemetery in Tonawanda, NY.

I would like to get the photograph to a member of Gertrude’s family and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of her family or know someone who might be.

Thanks,
Shelley
