Girl - Identify Unknown 1

So I found a bunch of Photos hidden in an Album, but they are not labeled.

Does anyone Recognize this lady, it appears to be a sister or close relative of one of the Identity Unknown 2 Photo I posted.

The photo does say on the back it says L or E . L or E. Howard, Photographer
172 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA

They were in my Grandma's Album.

I'm hoping someone can help tell me anything about them.
