Glynord Hasal- University of California, Santa Barbara

Glynord August Hasal is the son of Anton Hasel (1867-1947) and Anna Hasel (1879-1965). He was born on December 11, 1916 in Bellaire, Belmont, Ohio and had older siblings Godfrey and Edna Hasal. He and his family moved to Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California in 1930. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated in 1954. In school he was part of Phi Mu Alpha, the Band, and the Glee Club. On September 29, 1942 he married Helen Corinne Blasdell (1922–1993) in Maricopa, Arizona, USA. The couple resided in Los Angeles, California, USA, had two children Glynis and Glenord and later separated. Glynord then re married on May 14, 1976 to Edna Gertrude Hasal (1924–2007). The couple resided in Minden, NV.
