Jacob Taeger/teikari of Ewen, Ontonagon County, Michigan was born on January 8, 1904 at Home in Wakefield, Gogebic County to Matt Teikari and Maria (Valimaki) Teikari. Jacob Taeger/teikari had siblings John Teikari, Eva Teikari Davis Kaudy, Arne Teikari, Wilbert Teikari Taeger, Larry Teikari, Marie (Teikari) Piirto, and Matti Teikari. He married Anna Waisanen Taeger. He married Lillian Waisanen, and they had a child Lillian Taeger Doody. He would also marry Alma Lamp I, and they had children Evelyn Taeger Brown and Shirley Taeger Burnett. Jacob Taeger/teikari died at age 81 years old on February 24, 1985 at Ontonogon memorial hospital in Ontonogon, mi, Ontonagon County, and was buried in October 1992.
