James Erway Fanton of - 644 Mendon-Ionia Road, in Honeoye Falls, Monroe County, NY was born on September 16, 1919 in Watkins Glen, Schuyler County to Arthur "Art" Edgar Fanton and Nora Ruth (Erway). He had a sister Jean Fanton. He married Ruth E. (Durbin) Fanton on May 15, 1948 at At her parents home Fitch Street, in Churchville, Monroe County, and died at age 85 years old on January 8, 2005 at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, Monroe County. James Fanton was buried on January 12, 2005 at Lakeview Cemetery 5344 David Gray Hill Rd, in Geneseo, Livingston County.
