Jonathan Lee Holbrook, 45, of Avoca, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008 in Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center.

Jon was born on February 12, 1963 in Crawfordsville, IN.
He had lived in Michigan for several years, the last five years of them in Jean Poston's Boarding Home, which he considered his home and family.

It is our belief Jon is survived by his mother, Nancy Lee Holbrook, and his two daughters, whose whereabouts are unknown.

Jonathan was a CMH client and attended Yale Integrity Club House where he had many friends: a special friend, Jordon Garland, and two close friends, Bruce Duncan "Dad" and Jean Poston "Mom". He will be missed by all who knew him.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by Smith Family Funeral Home.
