Jose Luis de Figueiredo

We think his name is Jose Luis de Figueiredo. He was the wealthy son of a Portuguese/Brazilian plantation owner who spent a great deal of time in the UK in the first part of the 1900s. He is about 40 years old in this photo, probably taken in around 1915, and died a few years later in Lisbon, Portugal.

Does anyone know if this person is Jose Luis de Figueiredo or someone else?
