Joyce Margaret (Collett) Burgess of Bicester, England United Kingdom was born on February 28, 1932 in Bicester to Lilian Mary Collett and Herbert John Collett. She had siblings Joan Mary (Collett), John William Collett, and George Herbert Collett. She married William Burgess on March 26, 1952 in Bicester, Oxfordshire County, and they were married until death separated them. Joyce Burgess died at age 78 years old on December 4, 2010 in Bicester.
