Known as Grandma but which one

This picture was known to the owner as grandma. It must have been great great grandma because she doesn't resemble the pictures we have of great grandma's and grandma's. Can anyone tell me if this is the mother of Carl Albert Odeen or Johanna Nielson (Nelson, Nilsson). Both are originally from Sweden and settled in South Dakota.
