Frank William Le Maistre was born on February 22, 1882 in St Kilda, Port Phillip City County, VIC Australia to John Francis Le Maistre and Mary Jane Le Maistre, and had siblings Ernest Dales Le Maistre, Elsie Marie Le Maistre, and Victor Harold Le Maistre. He married Vera Dale Le Maistre on October 25, 1920 at Baptist Church Collins Street, in Victoria, and had children Ivor Russell Le Maistre and Ian Le Maistre. Frank Le Maistre died at age 69 years old on October 2, 1951 in Heidelberg, City of Banyule County, VIC, and was buried on October 4, 1951 at Crematorium in Springvale, City of Greater Dandenong County.
