Lon Harold Higgerson of Chesapeake City County, VA was born on November 14, 1914 to Harry Clifton Higgerson and Ruth Mary (Mertens) Higgerson. He had siblings Geneva H Mince, Ivan Higgerson, Anna Lee (Higgerson) Denkle, Dolly Leaverne (Higgerson) Mason, and Marjorie Higgerson. He married Eunice Nora (Mince) Higgerson on September 28, 1935, and they were married until Eunice's death on March 13, 1999. He had a child Don Harold Higgerson. Lon Higgerson died at age 96 years old on April 11, 2011, and was buried at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens 524 Cedar Rd, in Chesapeake.
