Margie Connor
I have an old studio photograph of Margie CONNOR which was taken at the Lamson Studio in Portland, ME. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880’s or 1890’s with Margie appearing to be in her teens or 20’s at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Margie and her family:

Margaret “Margie” CONNOR was b. 1867 in Ireland to parents Bryan CONNOR and Mary KELLY. Margie had one sibling, a sister Maria CONNOR b. 1872. The family came to the USA on 5 Jul 1872 in New York City, NY. Margie married Michael GERAGHTY or GERRAGHTY (1868-1917) on 10 Oct 1899 in Portland, ME and they had three children including Mary E. GERAGHTY MALONEY (1901-1962); Margaret Ellen; and Joseph John GERAGHTY (1905-1970). Margie died in 1940 and is buried in the Calvary Cemetery in South Portland, ME.

I am hoping to get this photograph to family and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family or know someone who might be.

Thanks,
Shelley
Date & Place: at The Lamson Studio in Portland, Cumberland County, Maine United States
