Mildred Roxana Daniels
I have an old studio photograph of Mildred DANIELS which was taken at the E. E. Shaner Studio in Chelsea, MI. Mildred was 7 months old at the time and weighed 20 lbs. Mildred birthdate is also noted as 12 Nov 1886. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Mildred and her family:

Mildred Roxana DANIELS was b. 12 Nov 1886 in Superior, MI to parents Edward Warren DANIELS or MCDANIELS (1861-1935) and Susan “Susie” Waite BURKHART (1862-1940) who were married 21 Feb 1884 in Dexter, MI. Mildred was one of 5 children born to this family including Mildred Roxana; Warren Rule or Reule; Dorothy Irene; Chole E.; and Charles Edward DANIELS, all born between 1886 and 1905.

Mildred married William R. MAYER (1873-1960) on 3 Oct 1931 in North Lake or Gregory, MI, and she died 17 Oct 1954 in Munith, MI and is buried in the Munith Cemetery in Munith, MI.

I am hoping to locate someone from Mildred’s family so that the photograph can be returned to their care. If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shelley
Date & Place: at E. E. Shaner Studio in Chelsea, Washtenaw County, Michigan 48118, United States
