Milton Glynn Hay
I have an old studio photograph of Milton Glynn HAY who was born in Davenport, IA. The photograph was taken at the Free Studio in Davenport sometime in the early 1900's. Based on limited research and thanks to area genealogists, I was able to gather the following information regarding Milton and his family:

Milton Glynn HAY was b. 19 Feb 1912 in Davenport, IA to parents William John HAY (1858-1921) and Alice Augustus or Augusta SMITH (1868 or 1869-1941). Milton was one of 10 children born to this couple including Myrtle Francisca Doerethia Irene; Everett Alvin; Esther May or Mae; Lermond Earl; Edna Mary; William Lester; Nettie Augusta; Harriett Hannah; Webster; and Milton Glynn HAY, all born between 1887 and 1912.

Milton married Nancy J. WHELAN (1928-1989) on 30 Dec 1961 in Los Angeles County, CA. Milton died 25 Nov 1997 in Phoenix, AZ and is buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ. Milton’s obituary lists his surviving family members including a son, Scott HAY of Phoenix, AZ and one sister.

I’d like to find a family member so that the photograph can be returned to their care. If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shelley
