Milton was married to Nannie Addeline Vallance of Plaska, Hall Co., Texas on 1 April 1906 at Plaska, Texas. Milton was a farmer/rancher in the Plaska, Texas community for many years. After this picture was taken they had another daughter born in 1929. Milton and Nannie are buried in the Fairview Cemetery, Memphis, Hall Co., Texas.
