Morgan Parsons
I have two old studio photographs of Morgan PARSONS which were both taken at the Gilbert Studio in Philadelphia, PA. Morgan is identified on one as being just 20 months and two weeks old and on the other as being 2 years, 9 month, and 18 days old at the time the photograph was taken, most likely in the 1880’s or 1890's. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Morgan and his family:

Morgan PARSONS was b. 15 Jul 1891 in Asbury Park, NJ to Alonzo Ritter PARSONS (1851-1925) and Romelia or Ramelia M. or N. MORGAN (b. 1853 or 1855) who were married 6 Dec 1876 in Philadelphia, PA. Morgan was one of four children born to this couple including Lydia Morgan; Morgan; Alonzo Jacob; and Lewis Morgan PARSONS, all born between 1876 and 1898. The family was living in Philadelphia, PA in 1900 and 1910. Morgan married Rae Varns MOORE (1891-1967) on 29 Sept 1919 in Philadelphia, PA. They had a son Morgan Moore PARSONS (1922-1994) and a daughter Jean Ann PARSONS METZGER (1927-2005). Morgan died 30 May 1963 in Wyncote, PA and is buried in the West Laurel Hill Cemetery in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

I would like the photograph to be returned to a family member and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family or know someone who might be.

Thanks,
Shelley
