from what i can tell it's a water or oil painting if you zoom in you can see where the side of the chair wasnt completed except by a coal pencil i just dont know
i found this on the side of the road in a huge frame that caught my eye inside the frame was a poster and i could see that underwas another photo and sure enough there she was my mystery lady i dont know who she is or when it is from i dont know anything about her if anyone can help that would be wonderful...thank you so much
