Mystery Lady

Photo probably taken in late 1800's or early 1900's. I believe she was born and raised in Newark, NJ. Photo belonged to William & Jane Powell, Newark, NJ in the early 1900's. Possible family names are Powell, Hamilton, Pridham, Ballentine, Randell, or Moran.

If anyone knows who she is, please let me know. I would like to return photo to her family.
