Neva Evelyn Titus Strode
I have an old studio photograph of Neva E. TITUS which was taken at the J. G. Crawford Studio in Albany, OR sometime between 1907 and 1916. Neva appears to be about 4-5 years old at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Neva and her family:

Neva Evelyn TITUS was b. 8 Jan 1913 in Stayton or Albany, OR to parents Carl Cliffton or Clifton TITUS (1886-1970) and Jessie Dell GOODMAN (1892-1948) who were married 4 Sept 1911 in Marion County, OR. Neva was one of 8 children born to this couple including Neva Evelyn; Delila or Delilah Margaret; Ethelma “Thelma” Ardith or Ardythe; Leonard Lynnwood; Dorothy; Carol Dean; Harold Stanley; and Carl Sheldon TITUS all born between 1913 and 1934.

Neva married Edward William STRODE (1911-1991) on 16 Nov 1938 in Marion County, OR and they had two sons, Leland Leroy STRODE (1934-2015) and Dean Edward “Hoss” STRODE (1945-2010). Neva died 3 Apr 2001 in Bend, OR or Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR and is buried in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Vancouver, WA.

I’d like to get the photograph to a member of Neva’s family and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of her family or know someone who might be.

Thanks,
Shelley
