Son of William Benjamin Vestal (1882-1975) and Hannah Gertrude Davolt Vestal (1883-1943). 1st husband of Ruth Isile Bellows Vestal Willingham Powell (1911-1998). Father of 1) Blanche May Vestal McVay (1929- ), 2) Ruth Corrine Vestal Moland Armstrong Stoudt (1933- ), 3) Nellie Marie Vestal Underwood Williams Cox (1942- ).
