Old Farm - Curd Cox Property

Part of the old Curd Cox farm in north Knox Co. Although his gravestone said he purchased 2,000 acres, documentation could be found only for 400 acres in this area. However, a copy of the 1850 Knox Co., TN census records from the McClung Collection does show the value of real estate owned was $2,000. DCox-Halls Crossroads
