Beulah Faye (Parsley) Caudle was born in 1927 to Ruth (Bowling) Parsley and Charles Parsley, and had siblings Dora Kathleen (Parsley) McFadden, Edna (Parsley) Langley, Barbara (Parsley) McCracken, Charles Conrad "Cub" Parsley, Kenneth Parsley, and Hayward Parsley. She married Versell Elvin Tuttle, and had children Elvin Charles Tuttle and Elvin Charles Tuttle. Beulah Caudle died at age 72 years old in 1999.
