He was in a relationship with Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor beginning November 20, 1947 at Westminster Abbey (Stop R) in Greater London County United Kingdom, and they were together until Prince Philip's death on April 9, 2021 in Windsor, Berkshire County United Kingdom. He had children Charles Philip Arthur George Windsor, Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise Windsor, Andrew Albert Christian Edward Windsor, and Edward Antony Richard Louis Windsor. Prince Philip Mountbatten was buried on April 17, 2021 at St George's Chapel The Cloisters.
