Susan MacPherson Wilburn

Photo posted in the Portland Press Herald (Portland, Maine) on Sun, Jul 21, 1968 alongside her engagement announcement.

It read, "ROCKLAND - Mrs. Dorothy MacPherson of Main St. announces the engagement of her daughter, Miss Susan S. MacPherson, to Sgt. Larry W. Wil-burn, USAF, son of W. R. Wilburn and Mrs. Joseph P. Gura of Trenton, N. J. A late summer wedding is planned.

Miss MacPherson, daughter of the late John MacPherson, is a graduate of Munich American High School in Munich, Germany.

Sgt. Wilburn, a graduate of Hamilton High-West In Tren-ton, is a seafoods inspector in the Rockland area.

Date & Place: July 21, 1968 in Portland, Cumberland County, Maine United States

Susan Star MacPherson was born on August 15, 1948 to parents Dorothy and John MacPherson. She studied abroad and was a graduate of Munich American High School in Munich, Germany. Susan married Larry Wayne Wilburn in September of 1968 in Buena, New Jersey. On January 27, 1972 Susan Wilburn passed away in Trenton, NJ. Both Susan and her husband Larry are buried at the Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ.
