The Timothy Levy Crouch Family eating Thanksgiving dinner in 1940, a year before Pearl Harbor and the beginning of the U.S. involvement in WW II. I bet their 1941 Thanksgiving dinner looked a little different.

But here they are, the adult table and the "kids table" - enjoying Thanksgiving, looking much the same as we do over 70 years later.
