Bought picture at an auction, I also have husband's picture and it is also posted under unk man ~ Louisville, KY. Would really like to know who these people are. She is wearing a Pin that has a picture of a man painted on it.

Picture appears to be from Louisville, KY, (or at least that is what is on the bottom of the picture). I have another picture that I assume is her husband. She is wearing a pin that has a painted picture of a man on it. These pictures were bought at an auction and would really like to find out who they are. Can anyone tell what year this picture may have been taken.
