Unknown family date and locality

Just from the looks - I'd say early 20th cen. and somehow tied with the British Empire. Either English or Australian. Setting looks slightly tropical or coastal. Photo may be in a park or courtyard area.

Judging from the dress, house in the background, and flowers in the urn I would say the time is about 1900 in the southern U.S. Since many ancestors came into ports in Virginia, etc. Our Bell ancestors could have originated in the south. Let me know if you find out who this is. My grandmother was Nellie Bell Norris, 1st marriage to Everette Leslie Norris of Mentone, Indiana.
