Woodmen of the World
I believe I have one or more relatives in this photo. I have contacted WOW trying to find a roster, to no avail. Photo would have been taken prior to 1940 or a lot before that.

Does anyone know who these men are?
Date & Place: at Woodmen of the World in Tundra, Texas United States
