He left a widow, a son and a daughter. The son, Mr A. Fynn, a former senior scholar of Xavier College, Kew, is studying for the Roman Catholic priesthood at the Jesuits' Novitiate in Sydney. Mr James Fynn was a brother of Mr. W. Fynn, secretary of Yea Shire; and brother-in-law of Mr P. P.
