Hi Sharon
My name is Fred Hulsman and I live in the Netherlands and I am a member of the Faces to Graves foundation. As volunteers we write the life stories of fallen Canadian soldiers from the 2nd World War who are buried here in Groesbeek.
Right now I'm starting Miroslaw Stawnychka's story,
I found your name on the internet I would like to get in touch with you to exchange information about Miroslaw ,
I've already pulled his military records from the Canadian archives, but there's definitely more.
I also have some pictures of him and his friends.
Saturday 22 January I will take a picture of his grave at the cemetery here in Groesbeek where I live and send it to you.
This cemetery contains more fallen soldiers from the Ukraine.
Regards Fred Hulsman

The Stawnychka family from the Canora district of Saskatchewan Canada were kind hearted people who were down to earth and also loved their farm animal companions. R.I.P. to the family members gone and God bless each one of them. Great people they were. I love them all.
