Ray T Mentzer was born on September 16, 1907 in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania United States, and died at age 89 years old on April 16, 1997 in Rockford, Winnebago County, IL. Ray Mentzer was buried on April 19, 1997 at Calvary Cemetery 8616 W State Road, in Winnebago. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Ray T Mentzer.
Ray E. Mentzer and Hazel Nailor (both of Carlisle, PA) had a son out of wedlock, Ray T. Mentzer. Both were about 17 at the time of Ray T.'s birth. The two never married and Ray was not a part of his son's life (possibly due to pressure from his parents) but would frequently ask about Hazel and his son even after they had both moved to Illinois.
