Rebecca Perman Rosen
Rebecca was my dad's birth mom. She died of influenza in October 1918 when Simon was 2 and his brother Sidney Rosen was about 5. I believe Rebecca was Max Permans sister and I believe Milton would have been her nephew? I am not sure of the date or place of the photo but she died at age 30 in Wilmington DE.
