Found with other photos that were stored in Sheridan family boxes in home of Edward D. Sheridan, s/o William and Anne. Picture is probably grandchildren of William Sheridan b. Ireland. To NY in 1845, m. Anne Partland also b. Ireland. Wm was a ship carpenter in NY City util 1870 when they came to Rock County, WI. Family lived in Johnstown and Janesville, WI.

Sheridan Family Babies, Janesville, WI

Burch Homestead
Homestead of Chancy Daniel Burch and his second wife Belle Downing-Burch. The property first had a log cabin on it and Chancy built all of the other buildings. His first wife Olive L. Winchell-Burch died in 1901 just ten days after her third child was born. They had three children. John Freeman, Juilia Josephine and Archie Harold. Chancy then married Belle and had many more children.

Freeman was son of David and Julia Burch. He was born in Ohio. He married 1st Matilda Pitchford, 2nd Amelia Lyon. He lived in Ohio, Minnesota and lastly in Wisconsin.

Olive Louisa Winchell-Burch
Taken from a tintype that had three ladies on it. It is the only known photo of Olive. She died in 1901 just ten days after giving birth to her third child.
