Millard LaNier was the s/o Robert Marion Lanier & Aniese Elizabeth Baham. Millard deserted Aleph, his wife, when my grandfather Philip Edward was about 5 yrs. old.

Children of Millard & Aleph LaNier: William Finley; Joseph Francis [Frank]; Cora Jane; Robert Filmore; James Floyd; Willis Farrel; Albert Fredrick; Edgar F. & Philip Edward LaNier.

Jennie & Ed LaNier had these children: Robert Filmore; Norman Floyd; Living son & Harold Franklin [Red] LaNier.

Harry Robert Stetler was the son of Jacob B. Stetler & Amanda E. Miller. Harry was b: 08 September 1862 in Shamoken Dam, Union Co., PA. Julia Jennie Koepke b: 15 October 1865 in Schenectady, New York, they married on 23 December 1885, both died in Gypsum, Portage Twp., Ottawa Co., Ohio.
Julia Koepke was the daughter of Frederick Johann Koepke & Johanna Paisell.
Children of Harry & Julia Stetler all died in Ottawa Co., Ohio: Henry Irvin; Ida Belle; Jessie May; Mina Elizabeth; Norman Fredrick; Viola Amanda; Jennie Julia & Jacob Stetler.

Unknown Lady
This charcoal rendering is of a lady that was either in the Lanier family from Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana or the Stetler family from Pennsylvania that ended up in my grandpa LaNier's pictures.

Koepke or Stetler
This is a charcoal rendering of either a Koepke which lived in Northern Ohio and moved to Iosco Co., Michigan or it is a picture of Orin Elsworth Stetler, b: Pennsylvania, died very young around 17 years old in Gypsum, Ottawa Co., Ohio. It was found in some boxes of pictures that my grandma Jennie [Stetler] LaNier had.
There was no name on the back of this photo so I don't really know which family he belonged to.
