About me:
I am a direct decendent of Sebastian Frantz and his son Henry Frantz. My full name is Allan Henry France (Frantz). I know that Sebastian's Family Bible exists at the Old Stone Fort Museum in Schoharie County New York. I need to find out who his mother & father were and if possible to go back even further in his family tree. The problem is that the museum won't let me read my own grandfather's bible.

Sebastian Frantz Family Bible
Sebastian Frantz (my 5th great-grandfather)was born 1732 in Wurtemburg, Germany. When he immigrated to the USA in 1752 he brought with him his German Bible. This was the first Bible in the Schoharie area, and he read it to the congregation until they could get a permanent minister. The family donated the Bible to the Old Stone Fort Museum, and it is in a glass display case there.
