Theodore Eloges Balencia of San Diego, San Diego County, California United States was born on March 25, 1931, and had siblings Philip Balencia and Iris Balencia. He was married to Rose Marie Smithart Balencia, and had a child Amy Gayle (Balencia) Britt. Theodore Balencia died at age 49 years old on June 28, 1980 in San Diego, and was buried on July 3, 1980 at Neptune Society in San Diego.
