Dale Vernon Mccasland was born on November 10, 1920 to Ercher Mccasland and Minnie Viola Venable. He had siblings Samuel Larry McCasland and Nella Beth McCasland Wrinkle.
He was a lifelong resident of Texas and was a farmer and also worked in Real estate sales.
Dale married Mavis Maxine Allen (1922-2021) on March 9, 1944 in Dallas, Texas. Together they had children Allen Dale McCasland, Kenneth Wayne McCasland, and Danny Ray McCasland.
He enlisted into the Army as a Private and additionally, he served in the United States Coast Guard.
On August 24, 1974, Dale Mccasland passed away due to smoke inhalation in Daingerfield, Texas.
