2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

I am the oldest daughter of his youngest sister. Ruby. I remember him as a good looking big guy- He was known as Tarz!! (Tarzan). He was a very good artist and a fun uncle. I remember going to visit him at the hospital when he had a toe amputated because of diabetes . He died in 1972 and is buried in Jefferson Barracks Cemetary.! I had just graduated from high school and took the younger kids to his funeral. I wish I had gotten to known to him better. Out of the 8 children, his brother, Valle (the oldest) and my Mom, Ruby,( the baby) are still alive in 2019. Valle will be 104 in Dec and my Mom will be 91 in Feb 2020. I am so blessed to have such longevity in my family!!
