Three Men
This photo is unidentified and was among many from my Fletcher/Butler line from northern Illinois. We had several adventurers in this line.
Byron Wesley Fletcher, my 2nd great granduncle, possibly had the biggest case of wanderlust. He was born 01 Dec 1856 in Udina, Kane, IL, married Fannie Ella Mumford 01 Dec 1881 in Elgin, Kane, IL and at various times have found him in Friend, Saline, Nebraska, various parts of California, and he died 26 Dec 1935 in Grants Pass, Josephine, Oregon. His death certificate states he had only lived there 6 months. He may have lived in Bend, Oregon before that. But the men in the photo could be any number of relatives...or maybe not even related! If I could get a time frame when people think this picture was taken, I might be able to figure out who these guys are. Any suggestions?
