The Argus (Melbourne, Vic.: 1848 - 1957) Wednesday 3 May 1916, page 5, Advertising NOTICE to CREDITORS. - Re KATHERINE HEATH, Deceased. - Pursuant to the Trusts Act 1915, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the estate of Katherine Heath, late of Cornella, in the Stale of Victoria, widow, deceased, who died on the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of the said State, in its Probate jurisdiction, on the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, to Arthur William Heath, of Cornella aforesaid, farmer, John McKee, of the same place, farmer, and Mary Jane Heath, of Swan Hill, in the said State, school teacher, the executors named in and appointed by the said will, are hereby required to SEND PARTICULARS in writing of such CLAIMS to the said Arthur William Heath, John McKee, and Mary Jane Heath, at the office of the undersigned, on or before the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, after which date the said Arthur William Heath, John McKee, and Mary Jane Heath will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased which shall have come to their hands amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice, and the said Arthur William Heath, John McKee, and Mary Jane Heath will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice as aforesaid.
