My father in WW11
This is a picture of Thomas Hawkins he was born in 1919 in Hamilton Wentworth ,Ontario.He passed away in 1959 from Cancer. He was a prisoner of war in Germany.Captured in Sicily were he became ill with Malaria.Spent a long time in hospital before coming home to his family.He was married to Leona May Hawkins.Had a son Jack and a daughter Gloria and Carol.
