2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

She was the life of the party in her elder years. Always willing to help others, was ready for an adventure at a moment's notice, loved her grandchildren and dancing. She outlived her husband by 30 years but was never really alone with her many friends around. She loved listening to the swap shop on the radio every morning and wrote all the for sale items down. For breakfast she enjoyed her Hot Tea and buttered Crackers. Her rocking chair in the kitchen faced the front window over the TV so she could watch traffic. She owned a air conditioner but never turned it on for herself even when baking her famous 5 layer MAYHAW JELLY cakes. Her only son-in-law would go pick them for her and since his auto shop was just down the road would check on her often. Christmas was her favorite time of the year and she enjoyed seeing all the lights around town.
