He was my great grandfather on my mothers side..I remember him taking me to the local ice cream shop in his car as a child.His visit to my grandmothers home for a family reunion after he had a stroke and had been placed in a nursing home.The last time I saw him was when I watched my uncles help load him into a car to return him to the nursing home at the end of the reunion.
