Roger Francois is the son of Felix Francois, Sr. and Lucille Virgin Francois. He had siblings Ruby Francois, Lionel Francois, Julius Francois, Felix Francois, Jr., Norman Francois, Marie Francois, Laura Jean Francois, and Ronnie Francois.
He was married to Lucille Dotson Francois and together they had children, Lois Renee, Yvonne Katrina, Leonard Roger, Deborah Ann, and Cheryl Marie.
