My grandmother Ruth EDDY Langworthy Richmond Shank. She died in Cincinnati, Ohio and is the daughter of Missouri Ann aka Annie Ash Eddy and Francis Marion EDDY. They all died in Cincinnati, Ohio.

William Morton Eddy is the son of Isaac and Amanda Johnson Eddy. William was born Nov 26, 1847 in Belmont County, Ohio and he died in Mississippi in 1927. He is the brother of John, Alexander, Hannah, Samuel, Charles and Isaac that are also pictured on this site.

Charles A. Eddy and son John

Charles A. Eddy is the last child born to Isaac and Amanda Eddy after Isaac returned from the Civil War. Charles was born on Aug 1, 1865 in Belmont County, Ohio. The boy with him is his son John K. I assume he was named after the uncle John K. that also appears on this site with other siblings photos on this site also.

Samuel L Eddy

Samuel L. Eddy is also the son of Issac and Amanda Johnson Eddy and brother to the John, Alexander, Isaac and Hannah that are pictured on this site also. Samuel was born in Ohio on May 8, 1851. Like Isaac I don't know what happened to Samuel. Hoping someone will know.

Isaac N. Eddy

Isaac is also the son of Issac and Amanda Johnson Eddy and the brother of the John K., Alexander J. and Hannah Eddy Coss Howell also pictured on this site. Isaac was born in Ohio Oct 30, 1849. I would like to know where he died as I don't know what happned to him after he appeared on the 1870 census of Grenada, Mississippi.

John K. Eddy is the soldier on the right. He was in Company I 69th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He was born in Ohio to Isaac and Amanda Johnson Eddy. His father, Isaac, also served in the Civil War from Ohio in Company B 126th OVI.

She had one Coss child who lived son Charles Coss and then she married Evan/Ivan Howell in Belmont County, Ohio. Hannah was born in Belmont County, Ohio on may 16, 1846 and died July 5, 1926. She is he sister to Alexander and John K. also pictured on this site.
