My grandfather Charley Christopher Deeds taken in 1914 when he was 35 years old.

This is my Great Grandmother, Nancy Catharine Moter nee Bone in 1861 Ohio (info from census record). She married for the first time at the age of 12 years to John Irvin (info taken from census records). When my Great Granddad David Ellis Moter met and married her in 1890 she was a widow with seven children. This picture was taken at their home on Cadle Ridge Mountain the summer before my Great Granddad's death in February, 1933. She was his fourth wife. She died in March, 1936 under mysterious circumstances.

I found this photo a box belonging to my GrandMother Moter. On the back is written "Nellie Mae, Oma's daughter, born 1917, died 1917 at age 7 months".

Mary Packson died of tuberculosis not long after she and David Moter, Jr. married. Mary had a son from a first marriage, but nobody can recall anything about him. Does anyone recognize this young boy?

This is the earliest known photo that exist of my Great Grandfather David Moter.

This is a group picture of my Great Granddad Dewey McKinley Moter, Sr (seated on couch, far left) with his brothers and sisters. They were the children of David Ellis, Sr. from his fourth marriage. Thier Mother was Nancy Catharine Bone Irvin.

This is my great grandfather David Ellis Moter taken in the 1920's (picture of son Sheridan was taken at the same time and he died 20 Jan 1926). I believe it was taken in Fayette Co. WV as he lived there from approximately 1891 until his death 23 Feb. 1933.
