Chester was born to Frederick William and Bertha Ada (nee Waugh) Burgar on June 8, 1904 in Brantford Ontario. Chester was a twin, but his sister did not live.
Chester and his wife Jean Irene Bryce had one son.
Russell Hugh Burgar was born circa September 29, 1896 at Vienna, Elgin County, Ontario, and died at age 20 years old circa 1916 in Ypres, West Flanders County, Flanders Belgium. Russell Burgar was buried at Maple Copse Cemetery Sp. Mem. J. 11.. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Russell Hugh Burgar.
