Dollie Bell-Dingess, Ann Bell-Bender,& Leon Bell are the children of John Elbert & Ora Ferrell Bell. They were born in Logan County, WV and most were raied in Lincoln County WV. Anna Lucille Bell-Plumley is the daughter of Elmer & Lula Lovejoy Bell.
