My husband, Warren Bartz, was Leonard Bartz's only son.
Warren would describe his father, Leonard, as a good father.
He let Warren pursue his interests and avocations, often paying for
any costs involved. Warren used that privilege to buy such things
as books and collect stamps. Leonard was sadly missed by his family when he passed away in 1961 at sixty-four years of age.

Beverly Bartz Gallup was born in 1941 at Wheaton, Minnesota to Ervin G Bartz and Evelyn (Parker) Bartz. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Beverly Bartz Gallup.

Milton Monroe Balcome (Uncle Dick to me) was my absolute favorite uncle. He was a gentle person, with a great sense of humor. He was a medical doctor and of the doctors practicing medicine in St Anthony Park, he was EVERYBODY'S FAVORITE DOCTOR. I don't think our larger, all inclusive family EVER had a family Holiday Dinner but what poor Dick was called out to go to some ill patient's home. He filled the shoes of the "small town family doctor"
in St. Anthony Park. Everybody loved him. But his life was cut much too short when, at
the age of fifty-seven, he suffered a massive heart attack and passed away.
I never will forget how packed that church was with the people attending his funeral.
It was a testimony of love by everybody who attended that funeral service.
He was sorely missed by everyone in the community.

Frank Balcome was a revered and valued member of the St. Anthony Park community.
When he died, the church was filled to overflowing with people.

Jeannie Balcome Murray is my mother. In all honesty, I think she was the kindest, most naive, and most generous human being I have ever known.
She was adored by her family and friends . Her family, whom she loved to "spoil",
adored the luscious lemon pies she would make when we all came to their house for dinner.
She made all my clothes when I was a little girl, as she was en expert seamstress.
I was her only child, and she loved being a mother to me. I think my childhood was one of the happiest times in her life. I know it was one of mine ! We adored one another. I was so, so lucky to have her as my mom.

Charles was very kind hearted. When I ( his daughter, Elizabeth Anne ) was about
four or five years old, I had a little red wooden wagon. It was very cute, from an adult's perspective. However, the neighborhood kids would all tease me about that wagon, telling me that it was just a " teeny, no-good wagon" for babies .
My dad (Charles) heard the neighborhood kids teasing me. He then went out to the store and bought me the most beautiful, shiny big wagon. VOILA ! No more teasing from the other kids about my wagon. Mine was better than any of theirs !
I also remember him being immensely proud of me when he would go to my piano recitals later in my youth. He was very musically talented, and took great pride when
he could watch me play compositions at my piano recitals !
He was a VERY GOOD FATHER .

Keith Bartz was born on June 28, 1964 at St. Paul, MN 5336 10th Avenue SOuth, in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota United States to Frank Ernest Balcome.
