Otis Raynes of 3852 Oakland Ave S, in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota United States was born on November 25, 1928 to Mrs. Charlie Tillman. He married Mrs. Frances Shirley Roane Raynes, and had children Karen Lynn Raynes, Frances Marie Raynes Taylor, Janelle Renee Raynes Ferguson, and Teresa Charlene Raynes Turner. Otis Raynes died at age 40 years old on December 28, 1968 in Minneapolis, and was buried at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery
